“Hi, my name is Mikaela Laurén. I’ve put together a training program that will get you into the shape of your life. That is if you follow the entire challenge (4 weeks) and do your absolute best. Remember that there are no shortcuts to greatness. So, how can I be so sure?
I started my career as a professional swimmer and during that time I got 16 individual Swedish Championship titles, 3 Swedish records and reached a 7th place in the World Championship. After that I went on to become a professional boxer and now I have 5 different World Champion titles in professional boxing, so, I know a thing or two about what it takes to be the best and how to reach your goals.

5-times World Champion in professional boxing, Mikaela Laurén brings her boxing secrets to your home with Mikaelas Total Body Boxing Workout, outlining a step-by-step program that gets anyone into knockout shape. The fitness program is a combination of aerobic movements, strength training and boxing work outs.

You will train 30-45 minutes per day for four weeks, to achieve your body makeover – a leaner and stronger body. Best of all, you dont´t have to leave your home to do the exercises and you don´t need any expensive equipment. You can do the training program regardless of your fitness level, but you need to be committed to succeed. Whether you achieve your goal or fall through depend on your dedication to your success.

This course is not like the cardio boxing classes in your gym. In this program you´ll learn real boxing. You´ll learn:

    Great program for weightloss
    Before I learned about Mikaela, I knew I needed to make changes, but I didn´t know how and where to start. I wasn’t happy with my appearance and I didn´t like my body. I had put on a lot of weight on my stomach and thighs. I was on constant diets but nothing helped. Each time I just gained more weight.

    Mikaelas program provided me with the help I needed to make permanent changes in my health and fitness. The workouts were tough but I loved them and I was getting stronger and I started loosing weight. I have lost a total of 21 kg and boxing is part of my life today.
